About ND Minds Counseling

Therapy that understands how your brain works.

Welcome — I’m Nicole

A woman smiling outdoors holding a pink and blue tumbler with a straw, wearing a colorful windbreaker jacket, in a backyard with green grass, trees, and a house in the background.

I’m so glad you found your way here. Reaching out for therapy isn’t easy, especially if you’ve spent years feeling misunderstood, unseen, or pressured to fit into a world that wasn’t designed for the way your brain works. My goal is to offer something different: a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without masking, and without having to explain yourself.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and couples. Many of my clients are navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, and the everyday challenges of balancing relationships, work, and self-care.

Whether you’re:

  • Looking for strategies to manage daily life

  • Wanting to deepen connection with your partner

  • Hoping to better understand yourself

  • Or just craving a place where you finally feel seen

    …you’re in the right place.

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and real. I bring warmth, humor, and compassion into sessions because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. We’ll focus on what matters most to you—building tools you can actually use, exploring the patterns that keep you stuck, and celebrating the strengths that make you who you are.

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, not a lecture. Together, we’ll create a process that fits your life instead of forcing you into something rigid or one-size-fits-all.

Why I Do This Work

Like many of the people I work with, I was diagnosed with ADHD in my twenties and autism later in life. That experience of finally being seen—along with the grief of realizing how long I went without support—shaped the way I show up as a therapist.

I know what it’s like to work hard to keep up, to question your worth, and to feel out of step with the world around you. And I also know the power of being understood, accepted, and given space to grow. That’s what I want to offer you.
